Tynemouth Photographic Society – a day in acknowledgement of the late Stan Bewick

On Saturday 17th February we are holding a day in acknowledgement of the late Stan Bewick AFIAP, APSA, APAGB.  On display will be a selection of Stan’s prints, going back as far as his colour Cibachrome and Mono, flush mounted 20″ x 16″ prints and up to his much more modern digital work.

Also his numerous cameras and lenses, and various other bits of memorabilia and artefacts.  Refreshments will be available. 

The rooms will be open from 11.00 until 3.30, and President Howard Wilson will say a few words at 12.00 noon.

Stan’s niece Amy, from Darwin Australia and her father and Stan’s brother, Dennis will be present.

Our rooms are situated at 106/7 Howard Street, North Shields, NE30 1NA and there is usually plenty of parking space available at 50p per hour.
